Rattlesnake Lake Engagement // David & Torrie

David & Torrie had a beautiful Pacific Northwest Rattlesnake Lake engagement shoot, which included our typical rain.  We first planned to go to Mount Rainier, but after viewing the webcam that day, we decided we could do better.  So we headed out to Snoqualmie Falls!.  Well…remember that day that Snoqualmie Falls was on the news?  That was the day we went there.  And we had really wanted to try to get close to the falls, which was no longer an option since the river was overflowing.  Our next choice was Rattlesnake Lake in North Bend.  It did not disappoint.  We were the only people there and there was a beautiful cloud of fog over the lake.  David & Torrie were so amazing to photograph.  They could not help but smile and laugh together the entire time.  We quickly ran out of daylight as we had been driving around all day (and then it started pouring!!), but that didn’t stop us and we got a few epic night shots to top off their beautiful session.

I cannot wait for their October wedding!
