Rattlesnake Lake Winter Engagement // Alicia and Joey
I absolutely adored this Rattlesnake Lake Winter Engagement session with Alicia and Joey. They are not from the Pacific Northwest and reached out to me to see if they could do their engagement photos while on a trip in the area and so I took them to one of my favorite spots, Rattlesnake Lake in Northebend, Washington. We wandered all around the lake, into the woods, climbed on rocks and ended by the iconic tree. These two were so adorable to photograph as they giggled their way through the session. I loved how laid back and at ease they were with one another and it made them a dream to photograph.
About the Lake: The Rattlesnake Lake Recreation Area located outside the Cedar River Municipal Watershed near North Bend. The lake is located about 3 miles southeast of North Bend and about 35 miles east of Seattle. The recreation area includes the 111-acre lake, picnic areas, the Rattlesnake Ledge Trail, and parking access to miles of State Park and King County hiking, biking, and horse trails. The lake s spring-fed by the nearby Cedar River. The Ledge is a very popular hiking spot and also a great location for engagement photos!
