Vantage Engagement Photos // Sam and Fiona

It is always an honor and one of my favorite parts of my job when I get to take photos for family like Sam and Fiona. Sam is my brother-in-law and his soon to be fiancé this coming March. We had made plans to head to Ruby Beach but with thunder storms on the horizon for that location, we started brainstorming where we could head that would have some sunshine and opted for some Vantage Engagement Photos instead! This location actually has some special memories tied to it for these two as Sam is in college at Pullman and they are frequently driving across the dessert to visit one another. And so it was very cool to get to create even more special memories for them to tie to that time in their lives and have a representation of the commitment that they made to their relationship. I loved that Fiona went for an edgy black dress with strappy high heels for our first location and a flowy formal dress to shoot along the river and next to the windmills! What a fun day getting to adventure with these two and I cannot wait to see them tie the knot next year!
