Markelle and Tyler had an gorgeous Laurel Creek Manor wedding surrounded by all of their amazing friends and family. From the moment I met Markelle I simply knew that their wedding was going to be amazing. She is so full of life and laughter that it is simply contagious. I came home from their wedding day with my cheeks hurting from all the smiling and laughing.
The day started out with getting ready photos at Laurel Creek Manor and Markelle and Tyler opted to not see one another before the ceremony and so there was lots of running around and making sure Tyler was hidden, which is always fun. From there we headed over to their home church for their beautiful and traditional ceremony and of course, Tyler cried when he saw Markelle (which she predicted). After that we had a blast taking family photos, bridal party photos and then I got to spend some time with Markelle and Tyler while their guests enjoyed cocktail hour. I knew Markelle was the bride for me when she told me to make sure to bring rainboots in case the field was muddy because she was determined to get photos with the willow trees. Totally worth it.
A few of my favorite moments from the day:
How hilarious the groomsmen were during their photo time.
Tyler’s face and reaction when he saw Markelle.
How one of Markelle’s close friends walked her down the aisle.
Selfie sticks everywhere.
Father of the brides toast was absolutely HILARIOUS.
Advice from all the guests (also incorporated to the FOB toasts).
Dancing. So. Much. Dancing.
Markelle’s laughter all night long.
Desserts for days. So many deserts which were, SO GOOD.
How by the end of the night I felt like I was part of the family.
